Junior Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst who is passionate about data reliability and process efficiency. This is not just about running reports; it is about owning the production lifecycle, ensuring accurate delivery, and constantly finding ways to make the "engine" run better.
You will be the hands-on person responsible for the end-to-end reporting flow. We need a proactive professional who does not just follow a checklist but thinks "outside the box" to improve how we work, troubleshoot independently, and ensure our clients receive the highest quality data.
Production Ownership & Delivery

End-to-End Execution: Own the weekly production cycle by setting up, reloading, troubleshooting, and running necessary tools and reports to ensure all data is current, accurate, and ready for delivery on designated platforms.

Data Integrity Accountability: Perform thorough data QC and analysis. You are responsible for ensuring reports are accurate before they reach partners or clients.

Operational Support: Investigate data issues, inquiries, and resolve recurring production bottlenecks in collaboration with the Development team, provide data extractions for internal analysis and manage ad-hoc requests (e.g., creating demo or historical reports).
Production Enhancement & Support

Optimise the Workflow: Actively suggest technical features and enhancements to improve the stability and speed of the production process.

Testing & UAT: Support the testing of new developments and participate in UAT to ensure new features are production-ready.

Product Manager Partnership: Work closely with the Product Manager to align production capabilities with long-term strategic goals.

P2P Evaluations: Manage Prototype to Production (P2P) evaluations to ensure a seamless transition of new tools into the live environment.

Portfolio Growth: In addition to core production, additional side projects may be managed in parallel.

Educated to college or degree level with a technical bias

Excellent Excel skills (complex formulas, vlookup, pivot table, macros…)

Basic knowledge of SQL

Good command of English, both spoken and written

Experience in production support and data analysis
