Position: Customer Assurance Manager
Location: Putney, London
Job Overview:

In this role as part of the Customer Assurance team, the Customer Assurance Manager will support our customers in their day-to-day relation with CONTEXT.


Main tasks and accountabilities:
  • Partner with customers in post-sales activities for service optimisation
  • Manage customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, through internal tools in a timely and quality manner
  • Collaborate with relevant internal CONTEXT teams where their support is needed
  • Proactively communicate to customers about product and service updates
  • Support and collaborate with Product Managers in the development of existing and new services by gathering customer feedback
  • Manage user onboarding in partnership with Sales/Channels teams, including training on subscribed reports
  • Identifying “unmet” needs and providing a clean handover” to sales

Experience/Knowledge/Qualification required:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Ability to take initiative and be accountable in processing customer queries
  • Good listening skills and highly responsive
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills essential
  • Must possess analytical skills and be highly numerate
  • Pro-active and creative to solving customer problems
  • Highly collaborative and team-player
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Understanding of and interest in the IT industry
