Position: Product Manager – Reseller Metrics (Part Time)
Location: Putney or Remote (GDPR compliant within 3hrs GMT)
Job Overview:

Develop the Reseller Metrics Service in CONTEXT from methodology, operational organisation, to both clients and partners.


Main Tasks and Accountabilities
  • Manage the product development and drive all related operational tasks
  • Coordinate production across the various industries: report set up, especially customised ones
  • Coordinate template release with Operations, including User Acceptance Testing
  • Manage methodology enquiries as well as relevant projects
  • Optimise back-end architecture to be in line with CONTEXT’s more recent reporting capabilities
  • Define correct QC processes before the new features are launched
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation
  • Provide ongoing and new feature training internally

Other Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Sales & Country Managers to optimise commercial proposition for both clients and partners:
    • Identify and understand any content or feature “must-haves” that will accelerate/limit client adoption
    • Identify key client benefits
    • Identify and promote key partner benefits
    • Identify how Reseller Metrics is positioned against alternatives - internal and external - strengths and weaknesses
    • Provide clear timeline for launch and anticipated updates
    • Manage internal and external feedback and customer expectations

Experience/Knowledge/Qualification required
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English
  • Understanding of CONTEXT reseller data a plus
  • Product or project management experience a plus
