Country Manager - Brazil

Being the face of CONTEXT in the Country IT distribution/reseller channel. Maintain relationships with existing channel partners on CONTEXT data exchange panel, as well as building new relationships and adding more panel members. Build up and maintain good knowledge of the Country IT market.
Reporting to Regional Director - LATAM.

Maintain and develop local distribution panels

Ensure regular CONTEXT presence in local specialised press

Develop relationships with all actors of the local channel (Vendors/Distributors/Analysts)

Manage relationship with Abradisti
-
Follow up on any missing data and Quality Checks raised by CONTEXT internal teams

Present local/regional market trends as required

Lead the development of CONTEXT services in Brazil from an operational point of view

Attend local/regional trade fairs and industry events as required

Support CONTEXT regional director as required

Lead any local channel management activities

Send monthly executive reports to our partner base via HubSpot

Excellent command of Portuguese, both spoken and written

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

Experience of Channel in the IT industry

Basic understanding of CONTEXT product database

Experience using HubSpot

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Effective communicator able to communicate at all levels of the organisation and with external clients

Excellent presentation skills

Confident in customer interactions and comfortable managing client expectations

Able to work independently and drive projects forward with little supervision
