Junior Portal Administrator

The Portal team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual in the role of Junior Portal Administrator who is looking for new ways to solve problems, meet challenges and improve software capability and functionality.
The Junior Portal Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of company portals and content management systems. This includes managing user accounts, troubleshooting issues, performing system updates, and ensuring seamless functionality. The role requires a basic understanding of web technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in portal administration.

Develops In-House applications, maintaining and enhancing ongoing application projects.

Apply team coding, documenting and testing standards, and recommend process improvements.

Analyse and resolve any portal issues and queries.

Help end users understand application features to accomplish their needs.

Knowledge of basic IT support practices and troubleshooting methods.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
